Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work in a school setting, providing essential speech and language services to students with diverse communication needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs.
  • Individualized Education Plans (IEPs): Develop and implement tailored IEPs and treatment goals to support students' progress.
  • Direct Therapy Services: Provide evidence-based interventions and techniques to students, promoting effective communication skills.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with school staff, parents, and professionals to ensure students receive comprehensive support.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy sessions.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Licensure: Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred but not required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively independently and collaboratively within a team.
