Job Description:

The Physician Assistant will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary, dependent on experience. The successful Physician Assistant will have experience working with geriatric populations and some experience in Skilled Nursing Homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine check-ups to assess patients' health conditions and identify potential issues.
  • Provide guidance on healthy habits and preventative actions to promote overall well-being.
  • Conduct examinations to evaluate symptoms and determine patients' conditions.
  • Ask insightful questions to uncover the causes of illness.
  • Reach an informed diagnosis based on scientific knowledge and patients' medical histories.

Qualifications:

  • Current New York License as a Physician Assistant.
  • National Board Certification as a Physician Assistant.
  • Experience with EMR/EHR systems.
  • Skilled nursing home experience.
