Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers with a friendly demeanor, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Point of Sale Operations: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, credit card payments, and operate a cash register.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and taking out the trash.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with receiving and processing inventory, including checking in shipments and stocking shelves.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old (21 in some states).
  • Availability: Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.
  • Math Proficiency: Basic math skills required, including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.
  • Physical Ability: Capable of frequently lifting 10 lbs and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Pre-Employment Screening: Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and be subject to a criminal history background check.
