Accounting Clerk

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable, as well as excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily volume reports to the Accounting Analyst
• Obtain daily fill rate and cycle count information
• Ensure the purchase order procedure is followed by the Distribution Center
• Complete 3-way matching verification for payment process of invoices
• Facilitate standardization of all Distribution Center operational reports
• Consult with Accounting Analyst, Accounting Supervisor, Operations Administrative Manager, and all levels of Distribution Center Management
• Assist with updating vendor files
• Contact vendors to obtain proper documentation
• Assist with lumping process

Requirements:

• Good organizational skills
• Knowledge of Distribution Center operations
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong sense of teamwork
• Ability to adhere to strict deadlines
• Must be able to effectively communicate in English (read, speak, and write)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Some college preferred
• Excel (spreadsheets) skills
