Work Schedule: Enjoy a variety of shifts throughout the week, including weekdays and weekends, with a requirement of two weekend shifts each month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing and grooming, while educating them and their families on hygiene practices.
- Provide physical support for patient mobility, including transfers and positioning, in accordance with care plans.
- Guide clients through prescribed exercises as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Change bed linens and maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

- Prepare light meals when appropriate during visits.

- Support clients with self-administered medications as needed.
