Position Overview: Rose International is in search of a dedicated Warehouse Support clerk to oversee materials and inventory management functions.
Key Qualifications:
- Capability to lift items exceeding 70 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills coupled with excellent customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including email communication, Word document preparation, and Excel spreadsheet management. Experience in generating reports within inventory management systems is essential.
- Forklift operation experience is preferred, though not mandatory.
- Ability to efficiently scan and categorize equipment according to necessary specifications.
- Must possess a clean driving record (Motor Vehicle Record will be verified during background checks).
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage order placement and tracking, receiving, stocking, selecting, packing, shipping, and supplier performance oversight.
- Coordinate the collection and delivery of company supplies and materials.
- Maintain records to evaluate productivity, quality, safety, and attendance.
- Utilize various mechanized systems to enhance accuracy, create efficiencies in reporting, track costs, and maintain budget analyses.
- Ensure the security and accountability of inventory through thorough transaction documentation and procedural verification.
- Conduct audits of incoming and outgoing shipments to guarantee quality and accuracy.
- Address problems of diverse scope where data analysis requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
- Exhibit sound judgment in selecting methods and techniques for problem-solving.
