Clinical Coordinator Role - Thoracic Oncology

We are seeking an experienced nurse to fill a Clinical Coordinator role in our Thoracic Oncology department. This individual will be responsible for coordinating patient care and working closely with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor patient progress and intervene as needed to ensure optimal care outcomes.
  • Promote professional development and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment.
Requirements:
  • NYS licensed/registered RN required
  • Associates degree in Nursing and five years of related RN experience required
Estimated Salary Range:

$85,000 - $100,000 per year
