Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior engineers and management to enhance your skills and expertise. Responsible for producing job documentation, including models, drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), job plans, and weld maps. Conduct time studies and assess process capabilities for manufacturing.

Identify opportunities for process enhancements and cost reductions. Assist in sourcing materials and subcontract services in collaboration with purchasing and estimating teams. Review project specifications and Statements of Work (SOWs) to create designs that meet BEP and industry standards. Support Operations and Quality teams in ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products to customers. Coordinate with ASME Authorized Inspectors (AI) for inspections and design approval sign-offs. Collaborate with the sales team to evaluate customer designs and work with clients to optimize designs and minimize costs.

Engage in various projects and company initiatives as needed.

Technical Skills:
Knowledge of metal fabrication processes, including machining, drilling, turning, milling, cutting, bending, and welding. Experience with ASME B&PV code ASME VIII DIV 1 for pressure vessel design. Proficient in using ASME code calculation software for pressure vessel design (such as Compress, PV Elite, or similar).


Ability to identify design improvement opportunities and effectively communicate ideas to management and clients. Capability to work independently and conduct self-reviews as necessary.

Proficient in SolidWorks 3D modeling software and familiar with ERP systems. Demonstrates professionalism in all forms of communication. Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn. Adaptable and capable of managing multiple projects concurrently. Possesses critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in 2D drafting. Familiarity with additional ASME Codes, including ASME B31.1 and ASME B31.3. Knowledge of nesting software, GD&T, and Finite Element Analysis (FEA).Education & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Materials Engineering with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
