Job Overview

The Kidz Club is seeking dedicated caregivers to enhance our childcare initiatives, ensuring engaging and enriching programming within our pediatric skilled nursing environment.

The Caregiver plays a vital role in the comprehensive quality coordination of care for clients and their families, working collaboratively with nursing staff and program coordinators. This position involves delivering direct care to clients and assisting with daily living activities that foster the child's autonomy. Our Caregivers promote participation in developmentally suitable activities and contribute to the formulation of a daily agenda.

Key Qualifications

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, ensuring clarity and understanding.
  • Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn electronic documentation systems.
  • Experience in childcare and/or healthcare is preferred.
  • A current negative Tuberculosis test (PPD) is mandatory.
  • Current CPR certification (Basic Life Support) is required.

Available Positions:

  • PRN

Compensation:

  • Starting at $14.00 per hour
    • Pay may increase with experience based on established criteria.

The Kidz Club PPEC delivers daily skilled nursing services for children, from birth to under 21 years, diagnosed with medical complexities. Our PPECs facilitate daily communication among pediatricians, therapists, and families, ensuring continuity of care through case management, skilled nursing, and developmental enrichment for the child.

This pediatric day-shift role includes limited Saturday hours, with a commitment to impacting the lives of extraordinary children.
