Job Description:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic planning and relationship building
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and partners
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on business development initiatives
  • Monitor and report on the progress of business development activities at weekly meetings
  • Provide assistance for client and partner relationships when needed
  • Assistance with management of LinkedIn and Instagram accounts
  • Planning marketing events for clients and partners
  • Maintaining current relationships
  • Data input into job management system
Qualifications

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Associate or similar role
  • Strong understanding of marketing tactics and market research
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach
  • Self-motivated and ambitious
  • Proficiency in Microsoft or Google Suite software
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
