Job Description:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic planning and relationship building
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and partners
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on business development initiatives
- Monitor and report on the progress of business development activities at weekly meetings
- Provide assistance for client and partner relationships when needed
- Assistance with management of LinkedIn and Instagram accounts
- Planning marketing events for clients and partners
- Maintaining current relationships
- Data input into job management system
We are looking for an individual with:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Associate or similar role
- Strong understanding of marketing tactics and market research
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach
- Self-motivated and ambitious
- Proficiency in Microsoft or Google Suite software
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
