Key Responsibilities
- Address all service requests, callbacks, and work orders efficiently and effectively
- Complete maintenance make-ready tasks as assigned
- Prepare vacant apartments for new residents
- Oversee the maintenance of pools and spas, including chemical balance and cleanliness
- Maintain the grounds, work areas, and maintenance facilities
- Respond to after-hours emergencies and calls
- Take on additional responsibilities or projects as needed
- Minimum of one year of experience in multifamily maintenance
- Preferred experience in painting
- Familiarity with various building systems
- Understanding of the unit turnover process
- Knowledge in plumbing, pool, and spa maintenance
- Experience with appliance repair, electrical work, and basic roofing tasks
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance required
- Ability to work a 40-hour week, including on-call rotation with weekend availability
- Comfortable working in diverse weather conditions
- Physical demands include prolonged standing, walking, climbing, and lifting up to 100 lbs., with frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Good hand-eye coordination is essential, including the ability to use ladders and perform repetitive tasks
