Role Summary:

As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will be instrumental in the design, configuration, and management of Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) systems aimed at safeguarding sensitive data and networks. This role requires a profound understanding of Department of Defense (DoD) standards and the capability to oversee intricate systems both autonomously and collaboratively.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maintain CSfC compliant systems.
  • Enhance system functionality through scripting and automation.
  • Create and update comprehensive system documentation.
  • Deliver training on system operations and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Assist in cross-domain solutions and infrastructure planning.
  • Configure network and hardware to align with DoD and NSA specifications.
  • Administer VMWare/VDI environments and PKI Certificate Authorities.
  • Provide advanced technical support (Tier 2 and Tier 3).
  • Lead specialized projects and contribute to research initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

Security Clearance: Active Secret Clearance with completed T5 investigation or higher.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years in Systems Engineering or equivalent experience with a relevant degree.
Certifications: Must possess CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, or SSCP. MCSA, Linux, or equivalent certification is also necessary.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

  • Office environment.
  • Physical activities may include climbing stairs.
  • Standard work hours, Monday to Friday; occasional evenings/weekends may be required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
