About the Role:
Morgan Hunter is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to serve as the Senior Coordinator for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. This role will support and coordinate various Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs under the guidance of the Chief DEI Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Coordination: Coordinate and support DEI and Health Equity programs and events, including logistics and post-event tasks.
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and report on data trends, creating detailed reports and visual presentations.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Diversity and Inclusion Council, Health Equity, and Employee Resource Groups.
- Resource Management: Develop and maintain resource folders for tracking activities and surveys.
- Material Development: Assist with the creation, monitoring, and updating of diversity-related materials.
- Additional Support: Offer additional administrative support to the Human Resources Department as needed.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: Experience in Diversity & Inclusion and/or Health Equity initiatives is required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other advanced applications.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and initiative.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
