This position offers flexible scheduling during the M-F workweek, with an estimated salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:

  • Complete MDS assessments, Section K, CAA
  • Document residents at high risk for nutritional problems
  • Participate in care planning processes
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
  • Provide oversight to food service departments

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) credentials
  • Licensed (if required by state)
  • 2 years of consulting/long-term care experience preferred
