Job Description

We are seeking a Registered Dietitian in a consulting role for skilled nursing facilities and/or behavioral health. The ideal candidate will have experience in completing MDS assessments, Section K, CAA, and documenting residents at high risk for nutritional problems.

The successful candidate will participate in the care planning process, collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team, and provide oversight to the food service department with routine audits for safety, sanitation, and quality of food.

This position requires Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) credentials, licensure (if required by State), and 2 years of consulting/long-term care experience.
