Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Technology Consultant to join our team at Caliber Sourcing. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing the strategic vision for our retail media network, leveraging advanced technologies to create immersive and engaging experiences for consumers and advertisers alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive roadmap for building and scaling the retail media network, aligning with business objectives and market opportunities.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and developments in retail media and digital advertising, contributing to the firm's thought leadership and enhancing our position as a trusted advisor in the retail space.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and offerings that leverage retail media capabilities to drive business impact for clients.
  • Conduct thorough research and evaluation of emerging Ad Tech and platforms to support the Retail Media Network.
  • Define and implement effective monetization strategies, including advertising partnerships, sponsored content, and promotions, to maximize revenue potential.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with technology vendors, content providers, advertisers, and other stakeholders to enhance the network's capabilities and reach.
  • Implement data-driven approaches to monitor and optimize network performance, leveraging analytics and insights to enhance user engagement and ROI.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, and implement robust security measures to protect consumer privacy and data integrity.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of technical experts, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership, business partners, and external stakeholders to drive alignment and support for the retail media network initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent business experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of at least 8-10 years in a strategic technology role, with a focus on digital media, advertising, or retail industries.
  • Deep expertise in Retail Media Network, Ad Tech, DSP & SSP, digital signage, and related technologies.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a passion for innovation and driving results.
