We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Health Advocates Network, Inc. as a Mental Health Professional. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health services to our clients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, including initial assessments and ongoing treatment planning.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including psychotherapy and other evidence-based interventions.
- Provide crisis intervention and stabilization services as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
- Document all client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of new programs and services.
- Master's or doctoral degree in psychology or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a mental health setting.
- Strong clinical skills and experience working with diverse populations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid and current CPR certification.
- Current licensure as a psychologist in the state of California.
