Job Summary

Rutland Regional Medical Center is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and advocating for the needs of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Implement evidence-based nursing practices to promote optimal patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred
  • Prior related nursing experience preferred
  • Licensed in the State of Vermont
  • BLS Certification through American Heart Association
  • Unit-specific certifications as required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated proficiency in acute-care nursing
  • Basic computer skills
