We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team at Rutland Healthcare and Rehab Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for performing nursing assessments, collaborating with the nursing team and other disciplines to develop effective plans of care, and administering medications and treatments per physician orders.
Key Responsibilities- Perform nursing assessments and develop effective plans of care in collaboration with the nursing team and other disciplines
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure that tasks and interventions are implemented
- Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts

- CPR Certification
