We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Medical Care Coordinator to join our team at Mankato Clinic.

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:

  • Assist healthcare providers in daily operations, maintain schedules, and communicate updates as needed.
  • Perform core nursing functions for the department.
  • Document patient data accurately, objectively, and timely in the Electronic Health Record system.
  • Administer medications and immunizations according to orders using the 8 Rights of Medication Administration.
  • Distribute educational materials and observe patients for reactions, charting and charging appropriately.
  • Maintain effective oral, keyboarding, and written communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current LPN license by applicable state requirements or a degree/diploma from an accredited Medical Assistant Program.
  • CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
  • Ability to utilize computer for daily work.
  • Patient-centered, accountability, teamwork, integrity, and excellence.
