Certification Requirement: Candidates must possess a valid Wound Care Certification and have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Job Duties: The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing care for patients with ostomies, draining wounds, fistulas, pressure ulcers, and both acute and chronic wounds. This includes delivering comprehensive care and education to patients and their families regarding the evaluation, selection, and recommendation of supplies and equipment to ensure optimal wound and ostomy care.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (No Holidays or Weekends).

Qualifications: American Heart Association BLS certification is required; ACLS certification is preferred. Wound Care Certification is mandatory.
