Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Compliance Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our regulatory compliance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our data reporting meets industry standards.


Key Responsibilities
  • Decoding regulatory requirements to create business and technical specifications
  • Collaborating with Regulatory, Underwriting, and Claims teams to resolve data issues
  • Learning various data models through collaboration with application experts
  • Performing data validation and quality assurance to ensure accuracy
  • Working with Data Engineers to build and maintain ETL workflows for accurate and on-time data call reports

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis within Property & Casualty Insurance industry, with a focus on regulatory compliance reporting
  • Domain knowledge of insurance operations, including policy administration and claims process, as well as a solid grasp of regulatory data call requirements
  • Technical skills in SQL, data profiling, and data modeling, with a plus for Data Engineering background and Snowflake familiarity
  • Clear and confident communication skills to explain complex ideas to anyone
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle shifting priorities

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range: $133,600—$159,000 USD annually, commensurate with candidate experience. In addition to base salary, all employees are eligible for an annual bonus based on company and individual performance.
