Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with a Registered Nurse to deliver direct patient care, including bathing, assisting with elimination, bed making, and monitoring vital signs.
  • Safely transport patients, welcome them to the care area, assist with meal service, and provide additional select care as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding services, prioritizing patient satisfaction and well-being.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and a positive problem-solving attitude.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Proficiency in computer usage for documentation and work-related tasks.
  • Strong written, verbal, and nonverbal communication skills.
  • Accountability and willingness to provide courteous service.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and multitask effectively.
  • Capable of following directions while being self-motivated.
  • High level of responsibility, responsiveness, and emotional control.
Additional Requirements
  • Physical lifting abilities.
  • Availability for a full-time week of training.
  • Three (3) months of Clinical Experience or CNA license OR current enrollment in Nursing school.
