BRANCH OPERATIONS MANAGER

Position Summary:

The Branch Operations Manager is tasked with ensuring the seamless coordination and operation of all departments within the Gulfeagle Supply Branch. This individual will oversee sales staff, utilizing outstanding customer service skills. They will be accountable for achieving gross sales volume and profit margins in line with budgetary expectations. Additionally, this role may require stepping in as a sales representative when necessary to guarantee the Branch's overall success. Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written) for effective interaction with customers, vendors, management, and team members
  • 5+ years of experience in wholesale roofing supplies and/or relevant middle management experience
  • Ability to gather accurate job information from various sources to create quotes with competitive pricing and delivery strategies
  • Proficient in using a PC and related software, including (Windows, Excel, and Word)
  • Demonstrated capability to effectively recruit, manage, and inspire personnel
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with experience in conflict resolution
  • Proven track record of fostering growth and profitability
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, complete activities, and meet deadlines
