Job Summary

The General Utility Worker is a vital member of our team, responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas. This role requires a strong attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring the highest standards of food safety and sanitation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all dishes, pots, pans, and equipment are cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards
  • Maintain the dishwashing station, three-compartment sink, and related areas in a clean and organized state
  • Report any equipment issues to management and ensure all equipment is in good working condition
  • Perform other light maintenance and custodial tasks as assigned
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards guests, customers, and colleagues
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including proper food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ensure the security of company assets
Requirements
  • Demonstrate a basic understanding of sanitation procedures
  • Be able to follow basic safety procedures due to exposure to hazardous chemicals
  • Be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Require constant standing and walking
  • Require frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of up to 25 lbs
