Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Oversight: Assist in overseeing the daily operations of The HUB, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
  • Facilities Management: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of The HUB, including equipment and facilities.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to guests, responding to their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Training and Development: Receive training on the operations of activities offered at The HUB, including bowling and the golf simulator.
  • Cash Handling and Point-of-Sale: Handle cash and manage the point-of-sale system with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Policy Adherence: Follow The HUB's policies and procedures, upholding the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Availability: Must be available to work on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12 noon to 1 pm, as well as other shifts during normal operating hours.
  • Education: Currently enrolled as a student at Brigham Young University-Hawaii.
  • Work Experience: 3 months of general work experience.
  • Physical Demands: Must be physically active, with a preference for those with mechanical abilities.
Compensation

The base rate per hour for this position is $14.00.
