Occupational Therapist Job Summary

Interface Rehab is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality care to residents in various medical settings throughout California. As an OT, you will evaluate patients, plan and implement treatment, and coordinate patient discharge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients' physical and mental abilities to develop effective rehabilitation goals
  • Plan and implement patient treatment, including training in daily living activities and functional skills
  • Coordinate patient discharge and prepare detailed progress reports
  • Collaborate with the rehab team to develop a comprehensive occupational therapy program
Requirements:
  • Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the State of California
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
