About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Providence Health & Service. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans to address their physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions to promote patient independence, mobility, and functional ability.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordinate services.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure understanding and adherence to treatment plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to maintain expertise and provide high-quality care.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program.
  • Current California Occupational Therapist License.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
  • 2 years of experience as a licensed Occupational Therapist (or outstanding new graduates considered).
