**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Production Associate for Seat Assembly. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling automotive seats with precision and quality.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform general labor tasks to support the production process.
- Operate machinery for seat assembly, ensuring accurate and efficient production.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure the highest standards of assembly.
**Shift Details:**
- 2nd shift: 7pm-3:45am.
- Please note that all new hires must initially train on 1st shift until further notice.
**Requirements:**
- Steel-toed boots are mandatory for safety.
- Labor Source shirt and hat must be worn during working hours.
**Qualifications:**
- No prior experience is required - we will provide comprehensive training.
- Must be able to consistently lift a minimum of 35 lbs.
- Strong punctuality is essential - be on time, every day.
- All applicants are subject to a background check.
- A pre-employment drug screen is mandatory.
