Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and Stocking: Safely and efficiently receive, inspect, and stock inventory in designated locations.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, identify discrepancies, and report any issues to management.
  • Picking and Staging: Pick and stage inventory for shipment or delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and transfer materials.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Housekeeping and Safety: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Accurately complete paperwork and transaction entries, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1+ years of warehouse experience, preferably with forklift operation.
  • Skills: Effective communication, attention to detail, basic computer skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: Forklift certification required within 30 days of hire.
