Key Responsibilities
  • Provide basic routine patient care activities in the general care areas related to respiratory care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Ensure care provided is safe, effective, developmentally, and age-appropriate while complying with all quality and regulatory requirements as well as quality improvement initiatives.
  • Perform various basic routine diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory procedures in the general care areas according to established standards, procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Recognize and seek assistance with abnormal findings and/or changes in patient status to other healthcare team members.
  • Effectively communicate by participating in the exchange of information, including documentation, handoff, and works collaboratively with the healthcare team.
  • Hold self-accountable and seek out opportunities for continuous learning and feedback and is able to prioritize and apply effective time management.
  • Process equipment according to manufacturer and industry standards.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • No Experience
  • No Supervisor Experience
  • Basic Cardiovascular Life Support
