About the Role
We are seeking full-time associate therapists to join our team in Burlingame, CA. As a member of our team, you will receive supervision and support from our clinical leadership team.
Our dynamic and supportive environment allows therapists to focus on providing direct clinical work, rather than administrative tasks. This position will work with all ages, including children and adolescents, and requires a minimum of two evenings per week up to 7:00 PM.
At Wellity Health, you will have the support of our clinical and administrative teams, enabling you to focus on what you do best while we manage the rest.
Responsibilities
- Primarily 1:1 psychotherapy, with the option to facilitate therapy groups as well.
- Consultation meetings with team members, as indicated.
- Collaboration meetings with psychiatry providers, as indicated.
- Create timely comprehensive patient assessments/intakes and progress notes.
- Treatment planning.
- Complete documentation in compliance with clinical and state requirements.
- Proficiency or a strong interest in working with people of color/multi-cultural therapy, LGBTQIA+, eating disorders, EMDR, and/or other clinical niche.
- An interest in creating, contributing to, and/or conducting groups, workshops, blogs, or other written material.
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted clinical license in CA and in good standing with BBS (ASW, AMFT, APCC).
- Minimum 1 Year of experience at the associate level.
- Master's degree or higher.
- Bilingual preferred.

The pay range for this role is $66,650 for non-bilingual therapists and $73,215 for bilingual, Spanish-speaking therapists. Therapists have the opportunity for salary increases each year.
