Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative tasks
  • Conduct property tours for prospective tenants
  • Provide informational materials about the community
  • Assist in marketing vacant apartments
  • Organize leasing events and promotional activities
  • Support the Property Manager with maintenance inquiries

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Familiarity with property management practices
  • Valid driver's license in California
  • Proof of auto insurance coverage
  • Dependable transportation
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Exceptional customer service abilities when interacting with residents and vendors
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a leasing role
  • Basic understanding of Fair Housing, ADA compliance, HUD, and Section 42 regulations
  • Experience with Yardi property management software

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly wage of $23.00
