We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented EVS Technician to join our team at Great River Health. As an EVS Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Perform all environmental services-related tasks, including cleaning and disinfecting patient rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, including vacuums, mops, and disinfectant sprayers.
- Restock supplies and linens as needed.
- Assist with special projects and events, such as deep cleaning and disinfecting of high-touch areas.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning process.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
