Accounting Specialist Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Specialist to join our team at the Steve Shannon Tire Company.
The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of professional bookkeeping or accounting experience and possess strong organizational skills, a commitment to accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Reconcile bank account transactions on a weekly basis and process necessary adjusting entries.
- Review and process bank transfers to ensure accurate and appropriate booking.
- Audit and reconcile deposits made by the Business Manager and prepare weekly reports for ownership.
- Associate degree or equivalent certification in accounting or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills; experience with AS400 is a plus.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP).
Estimated salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year.
