Position Overview

The role of a Project Coordinator encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to the following:


Client Interaction: Engages closely with clients to convey overarching objectives and expectations, facilitating the setup of designs within an electronic Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).

Project Scope Definition: Collaborates with commercial teams and clients to outline the parameters of client projects, assisting in the formulation of quotes and proposals.


Project Oversight: Provides comprehensive project supervision, acting as the client's representative on-site; liaises with operations and analytical testing to ensure all stakeholders are informed about project progress.


Routine Projections: Aids in forecasting routine tasks and delivers professional updates to management, fostering feedback regarding ongoing monitoring of scope deviations, project status, operational challenges, and client satisfaction.

CRM Management: Responsible for maintaining and updating information within the Customer Relationship Management system.


Logistical Coordination: Manages logistics to ensure all study prerequisites are available for project initiation, including methods, protocols, and necessary materials in a timely manner.

Accuracy Assurance: Ensures the precision of project setups by reviewing all study information, ensuring that the study design accurately reflects client expectations and quoted estimates.

Change Order Management: Responsible for overseeing change orders as they arise.

Test Design Accountability: Oversees Test Design, which includes providing specification details, calculation determinations, regulatory status, and reporting criteria.

Client Management: Manages multiple client accounts while coordinating with internal departments to adhere to client timelines.

Invoice Evaluation: Responsible for assessing invoices as directed.

Document Flow Support: Provides internal assistance in managing document exchanges between internal teams and clients.

Project Status Monitoring: Supports external project managers by gathering critical front-end information and maintaining consistent internal visibility into project status.

Additional Duties: Performs other related tasks as required and directed.
