About the Role

As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the overall welfare and well-being of Soldiers while assisting leaders with keeping them combat-ready and effective.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive human resource support to ensure the readiness, health, and welfare of all Soldiers.
  • Oversight of strength management and distribution actions to maintain optimal personnel levels.
  • Ensure postal and personnel accountability support is delivered efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate emergency notification data for critical situations.

Requirements

  • Age: 17 to 34 years old.
  • Education: Current Senior in High School (HS), HS Diploma, GED or higher.
  • Citizenship: U.S. Citizen/Permanent Resident.
  • Pass background and medical screening.

Training and Benefits

  • 10 weeks of Basic Combat Training and 9 weeks of Advanced Individual Training, including on-the-job instructions on human resource systems.
  • A competitive salary with up to $50K bonus, additional education benefits up to $115,000, and 30 days vacation with pay per year.
