    • Manage store inventory, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
    • Oversee store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, security, and safety protocols.
  • Training and Development
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance associate knowledge and skills, including product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
    • Provide coaching and feedback to associates to improve performance and achieve sales goals.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with associates, management, and corporate teams to ensure seamless execution of store operations and sales strategies.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results, including sales, marketing, and visual merchandising.
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a Retail Store Manager or Sales Floor Supervisor.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles, customer service practices, and retail operations.
  • Proficiency in Apple products and G-suite, Omni-channel POS systems.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer service focus, with a strong emphasis on providing exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work in the store alone, with flexibility to work retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school degree; BA/BS degree preferred.
