Job Title: PediatricianJob Summary:

Austin Health Partners is seeking a board-certified pediatrician to join our team. As a pediatrician, you will be responsible for monitoring the health, growth, and development of your patients. We thrive to foster a long-term relationship built on trust with our patients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Guides patients and caregivers on illness and injury prevention and promotes lifelong health practices
  • Establishes treatment plans
  • Provides referrals to specialists
  • Conducts medical examinations
  • Diagnoses and treats illnesses and injuries
  • Communicates with patients and their parents and caregivers
  • Maintains Medical Records
Requirements:
  • Medical Degree with specialization in pediatrics
  • Board-certified or board-eligible
  • Valid license to practice medicine
  • Not under investigation by a medical board
  • In-depth knowledge with traditional and web-based prescription systems

Work Environment:

The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. This job will require exposure to patient elements. Works near others, usually within a few feet. May work in a noisy or distracting environment. This role routinely uses standard office and medical equipment.
