Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities

As a Logistics Transport Specialist at Beacon, you will be responsible for:

  • Travelling locally to deliver building materials to customers while adhering to safety policies and regulations;
  • Pre-inspecting the truck, loading it with materials, and verifying the load for accuracy;
  • Setting up job perimeters and inspecting the site to ensure a safe environment for unloading;
  • Guiding helpers to ensure safe unloading;
  • Communicating regularly with the dispatcher to ensure timely product delivery at the job site.

Work Environment

You will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with various stakeholders, including customers, dispatchers, and colleagues. A valid CDL license and a clean driving record are essential for this role.
