About the Role

This role requires a strong understanding of customer behavior, market trends, and analytical skills to identify opportunities for growth. You will partner with the Target merchandising team to drive sales and profit objectives, while also managing ongoing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales and profit growth for our skincare products at Target
  • Partner with the Target merchandising team to drive sales and profit objectives
  • Manage ongoing customer relationships to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships
  • Optimize product assortment by using shopper, category, brand, and/or customer insights to execute recommendations that build mutually profitable growth for Kenvue and our customers
  • Effectively manage trade funding within budget
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 4 years of prior experience in customer sales, category insights/management, analytics, or related field in a consumer products environment
  • Prior experience with handling databases or data sets; preferred experience with syndicated data, such as Nielsen, IRI, and Numerator
  • Preferred experience with Target P&L to inform business strategies (including managing P&L in SBP)
  • Experience with Target systems is preferred (POL, VIQ, IMN, Launchpad, PCN, TVI, SBP)
  • Advanced Excel and Power Point skills required
  • Ability to access, interpret, and draw accurate conclusions from sales and customer data
  • Ability to build impactful presentations to explain recommendations and findings of analyses, resources, and studies
  • Ability to identify and assess risk and prioritize competing demands
