About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Team Horner. As an Accounts Receivable Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling cash receipts, applying payments to customer accounts, preparing deposits, and reviewing account balances. You will work closely with our credit and collections department to resolve delinquent accounts and ensure timely payment from customers.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and analytical skills, with experience in data entry and problem-solving. A strong understanding of financial software and systems is also necessary. We offer a competitive salary of $42,000 - $52,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
