  • Create and maintain team member files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support, responding to requests and completing tasks efficiently.
  • Review employment-related paperwork to ensure proper completion, obtain necessary supporting documents, and ensure full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations and Company policies.
  • Maintain an accurate and complete filing system, including organizing and scanning in document retention software.
  • Create, print, and distribute reports as prescribed and/or requested, providing valuable insights to management.
  • Work with all corporate Human Resources departments on special projects, ensuring collaboration and communication.
  • Maintain a high degree of confidentiality, handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
