  • Operate and maintain the grill station, ensuring it's clean, safe, and in good working order.
  • Prepare a variety of foods on the grill, including meats, vegetables, and other grill-specific items.
Food Preparation
  • Cook items to customer specifications, accommodating special requests and dietary needs when possible.
  • Monitor food quality and freshness, ensuring only the best products are served to customers.
Cleanliness and Safety
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Regularly clean the grill and surrounding area to prevent cross-contamination.
Team Collaboration
  • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food.
  • Assist in other kitchen areas as needed.
Qualifications: Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Grill Cook, Line Cook, or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Knowledge of various grilling techniques and equipment.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong understanding of food handling and sanitation standards.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
