About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Extrusion Operator to join our production team at OPW, a Dover Company. As an Extrusion Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining extrusion equipment, ensuring high-quality products are produced efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain extrusion equipment, including changing tooling and adjusting parameters as needed
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate product measurement and quality control
  • Utilize calipers, micrometers, tapes, and microscopes to measure product and ensure it meets specifications
  • Drive forklift to load and unload product and material

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; 4 years of manufacturing experience preferred
  • Extrusion experience or CNC background with a strong willingness to learn
  • Ability to multitask, troubleshoot issues, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel applications
  • Ability to work overtime, including assigned shifts and overtime as needed

What We Offer:

OPW, a Dover Company, offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
