About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Extrusion Operator to join our team at OPW, a Dover Company. As an Extrusion Operator, you will play a critical role in the production process, ensuring the highest quality products are delivered to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain extrusion equipment to produce high-quality products
  • Monitor and control the extrusion process to ensure optimal product quality and efficiency
  • Collaborate with production team members to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Participate in quality control and assurance activities to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks to minimize downtime and optimize production
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Strong understanding of extrusion processes and equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
