The Role of Seasonal Assistant Stage Manager
As a Seasonal Assistant Stage Manager at CAMP, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our live shows. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the day-to-day operations of your show, working closely with the General Manager to integrate your show into their operation, and maintaining quality control of the set. To excel in this position, you should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, you will interact with audiences to create a fun and engaging experience. In addition to your regular duties, you may also be required to assist with setup, teardown, and maintenance of the stage and performance areas.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in family entertainment or theater production. Strong understanding of engagement techniques with children and improvisation skills are essential. Additionally, you must be able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt to changing situations. A flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, is required.
