We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at AdvisaCare. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients in the Las Vegas- North and West location and surrounding areas.
Job Responsibilities:- Provide leadership to the therapy team and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as CHAP, local, state, and federal regulatory requirements.
- Implement and maintain company quality assurance programs.
- Collaborate with the AdvisaCare Medical Team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct therapy and supervisory visits as needed.
- Physical Therapist licensed in the state of Nevada.
- Current working knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation.
- Minimum 1 year of home care experience preferred.
- Medical benefits.
- 401 K Retirement Plan.
- PTO.
