Key Responsibilities:
- Cut and merchandise all fresh meat commodities
- Tenderize, grind, and cut merchandise
- Prepare cutting lists for case fills and conduct cutting tests
- Monitor refrigeration for proper temperatures
- Wrap, weigh, and label product
- Replenish and organize coolers
