**Key Responsibilities:**

* Cut and merchandise all fresh meat commodities
* Tenderize, grind, and cut merchandise
* Prepare cutting lists for case fills, conduct cutting tests, and order new items
* Monitor refrigeration for proper temperatures
* Wrap, weigh, and label product
* Replenish and organize coolers
